Traditional hand-made pork sausages, made using the finest cuts of pork and a flavoursome seasoning mix.
Store sausages in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days of purchase.
Also suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and store between -18°C to -25ºC.
Freezer shelf life is 2 months from purchase.
Defrost in refrigerator for 8-12 hours. Once defrosted store between 0 – 5°C and use within 48 hours.
Do NOT re-freeze once defrosted.
Cooking from chilled:
Remove all packaging.
Ensure sausages are fully defrosted.
Separate the sausages using scissors or a knife.
Pan Fry: Heat a little oil in a frying pan, cook sausages on a medium heat for 20-25 minutes and turn occasionally.
BBQ: Turn sausages regularly to avoid charring for 20-25 minutes.
Grill: Pre-heat grill to medium. Place sausages on grill rack for 20-25 minutes and turn occasionally.
Oven: Pre-heat your oven to 170ºC / Gas Mark 4. Place sausages on oven tray for 20-25 minutes and turn occasionally.
